          dville what tranny do you have? and what gears?

          I want to make sure the car can still cruise on the highway... I'm wanting to do the power tour this year

                Th350, had mike keep the auto valve body, 3.73's. I can cruise reasonably at 65, ill eventually swap to 3.08's and itd be great.

                            Seriously though, that sucks about the tranny. Get you a stout tranny built with a brake if you can (and dont mind having to hold the trans brake button to put it in reverse) and drop those rear gears to something low.

                            All in due time of course but thats what I would do.

                                I'm considering a 4l80e if it's something I can do. Shitty part is having to get another converter But I already have interest in my 4l60e converter so that helps

                                The shitty part is that I think I would have to cut the floor again. The really shitty part is that I dyno-matted the floor so it's got that tar shit on it that doesn't come up easy at all
