  • sheet metal valve covers

My 351 build needs taller valve covers. I always liked the sheet metal ones. Any one know where to buy them for a good deal or which ones on eBay look nice/ fit right?

            I ordered these last week

I haven't gotten them yet but they look to be of quality, $102 shipped to my door.

Wow, that's a pretty damn good deal. I paid a pretty penny for mine. Let us know how the quality of those are when you get them.

Will do, I'm interested too. When I was looking for some I was about to pull the trigger on a $300 set, but I couldn't justify spending that much then just drill holes and weld on fittings for a catch can.

Yes I like them a lot, they are put together really well, all of the welds are clean, I also like how heavy they are and not flimsy like you would expect a $100 set to be.

There's a couple of different kinds of fabricated valve covers - one, like shown above, uses a billet gasket rail. (that's the ones you want).

The other, uses a rolled sheet metal edge, The ones you do NOT want.
