No, home depot has AN looking fitting in brass but if I remember correct the thread pitch was different. Something like 37* vs 45*? I could be way off but I looked into those home depot fittings one time and ended up just going to smileys for AN fittings instead.

I used a NPT to AN adapter for my oil drain. Drilled and tapped it with a NPT tap and was good to go.

Weldon makes a fantastic rebuildable aircraft grade scavenge pump but it is $700-800 if I remember correctly.

I saw those, very nice but $$$$$$. I've been looking, but most of the manufacturers don't list the heat rating as continuos use.

I also want one with metal gears or gerotor as they are waaay better than plastic gears and diaphram.

I was looking at these ones.

turbo, turbocharger, oil, oil scavenge, dry sump, feed, remote turbo, STS, Squires Turbo system, drain, Garrett, Rajay, IHI, turbo timer, bearings, compressor seals, exhaust seals

I would definitely have Sam tune it, he's busy - but worth the wait.

As for the welding, If you can get it tacked, bring it to me, I can do it - no problem.

The pump, I had one and gave it to clifton. I'll ask and see who made it - I took it off of a car that didn't need it, and he's using it now - works great nad it's cheap. Metal gears etc..

              Awesome!

I'm planning on buying another stock cat back, removing the cats and welding the t4 flange. Now I need to find a welder to tack it. Do you have any suggestions?
Not really looking to spend 4-5k, just need something that will get me through this project. It will probably only be 12-16tacks and only 6 welds ( 2 test pipes where the cats are, the wastegate and t4 flange).

              I appreciate the help.

To be honest, I'd take it to a muffler shop that will 'work with you' and get them to do it. That will save a lot of work.

And cash! That's what I was thinking, I was just worried I couldn't find someone that would do anything like that due to emissions BS.

Do you think OrangechevyII would do that? Maybe I'll pm him and ask.

                    That's true.

To be totally honest, it's not something we're 'supposed' to discuss on here. Try to keep that stuff in PM's. Just tryin' to keep the man happy. lol.

Those guys on TTF are having good luck with that truck, it's flying.

Will do, I was trying to keep it a little hush due to that reason. When I get it done, it'll be kind of a mock up so I'd be leaving the shop, emissions intact and legal.

Yeah, Matt (Denmah) is a friend of mine from PA. They build some pretty cool stuff!

Also, I posted up in your truck thread, where did you get those cal-tracs for so cheap? if you don't mind? I figure I'm going to need some traction, even though I only want bottom 12's.

I have a twin turbo setup mounted down low and use a Tilton oil pump that has worked great. Car will be back at the house in NRH late next week if you want to see my setup.

                              I would like to!

Is the feed to the pump vented?

What size is the return? -8? -10?

                              What turbos?

Check valve? if so, how many psi?

                              Thanks

Is the feed to the pump vented? NO, have not had any problems

What size is the return? -8? -10?10

                                What turbos? 88"s

Check valve? if so, how many psi? NO check valve just another item to give a head ache at the track. I turn the pump on before starting and let it run a little after killing it and only low 20's so far

                                Thanks
