is this a billet flywheel?

looks different then my stocker next to it and the number in the photo is the only one on it and google doesnt pull up anything.
the one on the left...

What Billet usually means is that it was cut out of a solid chunk of metal, if there is casting marks on it, prob not billet

actually, what billet ALWAYS means is that it was cut from a solid piece of metal...
when you see that casting impression, it's a dead giveaway
