Any alternative to hood pins?

How many are you using? They show to have two sizes, mini and fullsize. The mini's are $22 a piece online but the fullsize ones are $350!!

I only have 2 of the "mini" version. I still use my factory latch and use these as a secondary latch for safety at 170 mph

Excellent! I have been looking for an alternative to ugly hood pins for a while. When I get above 80 I can see my fiberglass hood flexing and I am scared to death that if I go run the car the thing is going to fly up at 100 mph.
