Going from 11.5:1 to 11.8:1 is not going to show a power increase. Don't put the car on the dyno for the final tune. Tune it on the street where the load is actual. It will make the most amount of power with the most amount of timing you are willing to run. It will pre ignite with 20 degrees and make awesome power but obliviously will not live like that. At 9lbs of boost you will be in the area of 14 degrees of total timing at peak boost and peak rpm with straight 93 octane. Any more will significantly shorten the life of the motor. Don't turn a lot of rpm at that power level. Max rpm of 6500 is plenty and it will live a long life.
Double and triple check your wideband offset on a regular basis.
