What you use to plug the PCV Lower intake manifold?

I used the old grommet, cleaned it up, used a little silicone and put it back in the manifold. Then, put a new PCV valve in there, hooked a piece of hose up and capped it with a little breather cap I picked up from Orielly's. Looks like a little cone. You will have to use a hose splice that has barbs on both ends. Works like a champ.

I will see if I can find a picture from my build and post it up for ya.

If you want to get fancy just thread the hole and put a plug in it.

Which method are you going to use to vent instead of the PCV?

Go to the hardware store and get a rubber expansion plug. They have a nut on top that expands the plug in the hole as it's tightened.
