    I ran 23 psi with my f1a, a 6 rib dayco polycog, and neverany belt slip. Make 16 psi on my d1 and same polycog belt now

      i agree with those that are not in favor of no intercooler. even with a safe tune, with 10# i would think that you will be right at or just over 450@ the tire and that's enough to say good bye to your ring lands.
      If you tune is right and not in detonation, your rods should fail before your pistons.

        Nah, not always. Detonation kills rods at torque peak especially. Ring lands will give out for sure, but it's phenomenal seeing how pinging can make quick work of rods and rod bolts.
