So can I just idle the car till the bad gas runs out? It runs and idles great. Also anybody wanna trouble shoot why the oil pres gauge works but doesn't illuminate and the water temp gauge doesn't do either on the pod?

Drive it around, get it out on the highway and just cruise it. Sounds like maybe some blown bulb and the water temp sensor may not be hooked up or be the wrong sensor.

The owner is doing contract work in afghanistan and I've been dealing with his wife. She text him and he said at one point the car had an electrical draw that after a week or so, it would drain the battery, so he unhooked it trying to isolate the problem. Guess I have to learn how to wire this shit up now. I'm a rook at pretty much everything. Most time I'm doing something, its for the first time

Regarding the bad gas, as long as it won't hurt the engine, i'd rather burn the gas off driving it and taking it easy than adding some additive. Is this safe?

Hell yeah. I surpise myself occasionally and it doesn't hurt to have a site like this at your disposal.

he had ngk plugs ( I will have to get the number later) and had them gapped at .045. I asked him if he chose this or were they tuned to that and he said he chose those plugs and that gap. I did a quick google search and on here and didn't find anything that help. Does the gap sound right?

Stock was .054. we always closed it up a bit when we started adding parts and creating more cylinder pressure. I would go with .040
