What's this worth? (94-95 cobra engine)

I picked this up yesterday, complete with engine harness and ecu harness. Looks to be untouched beside the under drive pulleys. Here are some pics, only bad thing is I do not know if it works or not.

Also is there a way to drop this in as is in a fox body? Would I just block off the egr? I know a throttle cable would be needed and intake tube. Are these uppers worth anything?

Idk about what its worth however if I remember correctly just put some fox motor mounts and it'll fit. Other than that its just a 5.0 with cobra heads and intake. That flywheel looks to be for an auto btw

Use a fox body upper/throttle body combo with a fox body ecu and harness. Sell the ECU and harness you have for $300 and the upper for $150 to cover the cost of the other swap parts.
