Philips makes excellent HID's. They are the factory supplier for most car companies. The problem with just getting one unless you get the stock replacement is that it's probably going to be a hotter temp and put off different color light. A Philips 85126 is about 4300k and will be right about what a factory HID bulb is. If you want something that's less yellow and can swing both at once get a pair that are in the 5500k range. They will still be ultra bright with a good focused beam and won't be blue or purple.

Will call, I need this done this weekend. Thats why I don't want to order from DDM. I've been dealing with that company for all my e36 bmw stuff (m3 body parts) and they are hit and miss. Really bad reviews online too. I've never had crazy issues, but def. long wait times for my parts.

I gave up on ddm. Althought my 1st set of 55w digital slim ballasts and 10k's have lasted me 27 months without skipping a beat! They sold me bunk led bulbs. And never responded to my questions.

Mengmotorsports.com is my new home for hid's and type 194 aluminum bodied leds that don't fry in sealed housings.

^ Yup, they are the shit. I was looking for a place that would sell replacement parts and not just whole kits, I found it.

PS: The new ballast they installed seems to work better than the old on and now my drivers side light is brighter. I may need to pick up another ballast, lol.

I hate my HIDs. Factory ford type by hella. I'd be better off taping a maglite on the hood.

do you have a kit that would work in my 94 GMC? i'ld really like brighter lights as most of my driving is in the dark.

Meh, at least you'd have something to beat someone with when you road rage.
