  • Water pump?

Is there a factory 5.0 Ford water pump that will work on a late model 5.0 that is not reverse rotation? I looked at an early 70's pump and the pulley hole wouldnt line up.

I know edlebrock sells one, but as far as "factory", look for a pump from a V-belt set up.

Im looking for one standard rotation for serp, belt application. The pulley bolts are wider on serp. setup.

Look at one for an 85 Crown Vic. It is standard rotation, and that vehicle had a 6 rib grooved pulley on it.

Make sure the ports on the back of it match with the timing cover though, I can't remember for sure if they do.
