  • can any shops get me in asap?

I have a 91 fox. The motor is out of the car. The tranny is still in it. my 351w is currently fresh from the machine shop with crank rods and pistons already in it. Heading up from the block, I have brand new heads that have been ported, 1.7 rr, valve covers, a trickflow tfs intake that has been gasket matched, a 90mm egr delete, a 90 mm mass air, arp head studs.

I do not have the head gaskets, intake gaskets, throttle body, or the anderson power pipe to put the filter in the fender but I think I want something fabricated that's at least the same diameter as the above mentioned. I also do not have the pushrods since I don't knoe the length.

Heading down, I have a new 351w swap kit with pick up and dip stick, new oil pump, and the arp oil pump drive shaft.

I do not have swap headers yet.

I'm sure I'm leaving out a few details but basically I'm trying to say I have everything for the build less the things I mentioned and the bracket to make my accessories work.

The car is already a nitrous car with a walbro 255 pump installed.

All the nuts and bolts are there but are lumped together with no organization.

Can any shops get me in. I want my engine bay painted sonic blue. I already have the single stage paint, reducer, and hardener. I want the long block assembled and installed with the shop cleaning up and/or painting brackets, accessaries, and misc bolts so that the build looks nice. I then need it tuned with nitrous and given to me turn key.

If you are a shop please pm me. I want this project finished. Thanks

Yes you can bring us all the parts. We will label them and put them to the side all together until we begin work. We do not have a way to come get the car. You would need to have it towed. Where are you located?

No shop with half a clue would want this project without $3000 down and the title in the glove box.

not getting where you are coming from.
my parts are new so i guess a shop doesnt want to put together a motor with new parts?
you do realize the only thing assembled is the block pistons rods and crank that was done at a reputable machine shop right?

What he is saying is that most people don't want to put something together that someone else took apart.

I would trust it to truestreet though. They know exactly what to get and where to get it for the 351 swap.

We aren't paid by the hour . There are going to be countless hangups, lost / wrong parts , bad parts and when you dump 100$ x 40 hrs you are going to want a car that runs right and aren't going to understand why I want to replace things you think are fine . I would love to do the job providing , I had a open checkbook , no real time frame and you understand it's a hot rod project with no warranty whatsoever .
It won't happen so I'll stick with my ses lights and broken window regulators .
Im not tryin to be a dick but after 15 yrs I've been burned by more projects than manifolds .
