I use the Battery Tender plus. 1.25A is enough to maintain most vehicles and it is intelligent so it does not overcharge the battery. Works with wet, gel, and AGM batteries. CTEK makes some good maintainers too.
Yes. They also make some units that have 2-4 chargers in one chassis but there is no price break. Nice if you have multiple vehicles with batteries car, bike, lawn mower, etc). Just hook up one unit and run connections to each vehicle.
