As justa4banger said ditch the ihi. They are a big bottelneck, t3 60/63 or.48 and it will make a world of difference plus the ihi's start to grenade at 17 psi. Ranger roller cam but you have to retard it 4 deg or just leave the stock turbo coupe slider cam as they have more lift. Ranger cam is a good replacement due to the sliders wearing out and flatteing lobes. Front mount intercooler , volvo or isuzu npr. Keep that e6 manifold and port the exhaust outlet at the turbo flange(good cheap mod) boost controller and 17psi. Full 3" exhaust and bump timing to 12 deg base.
As for the idle issue check for leaks, clean the iac motor and do a base idle reset, also the vam on theese cars cause all kinds of running problems and don't last long. You can get a reman from oriellys for 90 bucks with 1 yr warranty. I bought one and replace it every year until I did my maf swap.
