Picked up a T-Bird TC Need a Little Help

    yeap my motor was dead stock minus upgraded rod bolts and i exceeded 400+whp...

    Do the fuel pump FIRST........ i know its not a performance gain right now, but its better to have the ability and not need it, than wait and need that fuel pump. it only only takes a moment at rpm to run lean and ruin everything....

    Be aware that some IC setups, cause the Vain meter to FLAP, Move back and forth, which cause erractic idle issues.... not all setups are like that but it does happen.

    the boport 1.9 is a hell of a cam.... I exceeded 400+Whp with that cam and had great drivability....cam install isn't hard but you do need a special tool and maybe some new HLA's in order to make the cam work without oiling issues....

    new HLA's are not expensive and Bo carries them...

          The new wheels for the TC. Brand new in the box 17x8 for the front and 17x9 for the rear.

            Just my opinion but those wheels are fugly. I'd keep the stock TC wheels.

                  my last one setup was a bob's log header, T-3 turbo, a 3" down pipe, gutted intake, adjustable cam gear with ranger cam, front mount IC, and 21psi. It was a hell of a lot of fun. And probably just under your 300hp goal.
                  The only thing keeping me from getting back in a TC is the weight. They are PIGS! Just taking the engine out of the tbird and putting it in the ranger made it feel a shit ton faster. 2660lb>3800lb

                    I weighed mine at 3460. Its a heavy car.

                    Why does no one like these wheels? I mean I gave a few RC cars for these and think they look great.

                            Marcus I HATE the stock wheels SO SO SO bad. Plus I think the 3in exahust is about to give me away.

                              Why would the exhaust give you away? Aren't turbo cars quiet? How about a set of '93 Cobra wheels? Those might look good on there.

                              If the 4-lug chrome cobra R knock offs didn't have the fake rivets they would only be metrosexual. With the rivets it's just full on gay.
