    non working tach and check engine light

    on a 93 2.3 l mustang. I'm thinking they are related but will pull the codes tomorrow. Would the icm cause the tach malfunction? Also where/ what does this look like?

    Could be printed circuit board damage in the cluster.

    CEL may have been removed, who knows! Tear it apart!
