I stacked the plates how it showed in the instructions. It was metal, friction, metal, IRC.

My car doesn't have a front sway bar, so the nose rolls a lot and that is what I was figuring was causing the wheel spin. Its not set up for corners at all, but I'd like to throw the ass end out without having to hold the brake around corners.

when designed correctly you can get 4"-6" of up travel with no bind in the end links.........

Just remove one end link when you get to the strip. I suppose the weight reduction of removing it helps a lot too. Maybe you can design a quick release for easy removal at the track.

greenbullitt hooked me up with an entire 03/04 diff setup for 31 spline mosers and it works great. why don't you just go that route. all said and done, youre lookin at around 600 bucks for a good rear end.
