2002 Mazda protege 2.0
Car started smoking on startup
Then car started smoking morning startup and quitting time, roughly 8hrs
Then started smoking morning startup lunch time quitting time.
Car would NOT smoke while driving
Car had check engine light on due to bad sensor after catalytic
But car would run fine idle fine no issue giving 23-25mpg
Had valve stem seals replaced got car back idleing at 500 prior was 1000 and car feels like 302 with cam
Changed plugs no difference mechanic took it back checked springs all within thousand, timing was checked, new timing belt installed still same issue
Compression is #1~3 200psi #4 180psi
