Save your money. It's bullshit. I know of a few people who have caused electrical issues with their vehicles after doing it.

it's a resistor in a plastic box, the theory is that you will add the resistor which the computer will interpret as cooler/colder air thereby adding more fuel/timing. Not much to be gained there, had a buddy that installed one on 1 of his cars (it came with some other stuff he bought) on that particular vehicle it made it so rich it wouldn't even start. Like stated above, cheap/free hp doesn't go together usually.
