What are ya'll guys running,cell or factory sumped tank ? I currently have a 10 gal cell,but looking into a factory tank . I kind of like the looks of a factory sumped tank and the extra capacity . What is NHRA rules regarding when it's mandatory for cells w/foam ?

What kind of car is it for?
..and not sure about the rules - but I think you only have to have the foam if it's an aftermarket tank.

We've been tech'd several times with a car that has a stock sumped tank - it runs 8.30's @ 160+. They've never said anything to us..
