351w swap

i have put a hot 351w in my 90 stang, i used stock headers and they cleared with a new set of poly motor mounts... wraped around sterring. my ? is will it work on starter side, it fits and bolts on both sides, but will stock exhaust hit starter.. also whats best dizzy to put in with a carb setup, i was thinkin a hei, bbut any suggestions would be appreciated... i have a lunati 540 lift solid cam, and a rpm intake and dp holly, 410 gears, stock heads ported and big valves.., i was a lil short to get better.. also can you hook a dura spark 2 box to a hot wire by rigging it, and use stock connestor to dizzy... anyway help if yall can. thnx
