i had 4.56 with a 3,800 stall in my '00 gt. i enjoyed it. really woke up the car, being that it was an auto. with my 26x11.5 e.t. streets, i think my rpm @ 60 mph was 2,400 in o/d. not that big of a deal in my book. a lot of people are pussies when it comes to 4.56 or higher. i think they were a perfect fit for a car that was on the heavy side and naturally aspirated. i would just put taller tires on it to reduce the final drive ratio for longer drives.

Just get into that rpm quicker, because it's no torque monster it needs all the multiplication it can get and still retain MPH. I say 4.30 over 4.10
At 6500 with 4.30 in the top of 4th you can go about 115 with 26inch tire.
Keep that In mind. Decide of you want to make highway pulls or stomp ass the track then you have your answer.

If it were auto, 4.56 all the way
