The motor is locked guys, I can't turn it to TDC! Also I don't think it actually matters since EVERYTHING is coming apart anyway.
Greenbullit & JC316: thanks alot guys I had no clue it had those extra bolts!Detailing is an Obsession!!

I'd just buy a built shortblock or longblock and be done.
Might even be a good time for a termi swap.
If you local guys are like here you will be better off financially to order from MMR or the likes. If it isn't a common pushrod they charge out the ass here.

When mine threw a rod, it got a chunk of rod stuck down in between the block and one of the counter-weights on the crank and locked that bitch up on the highway LOL
Once I pulled the motor out, I turned the crank backwards and freed up all the junk and was able to get the motor to turn around so I could get it to TDC before I pulled the heads off--Marcus

looks like the cam(s) seized to the journals, heated, and/or snapped the ladders and generally FUBARed it.
GL with the rebuild. BTW you might want to start looking for new heads
Also why would I need new heads??

you cannot find cam caps and just install them, you would have to get them align bored into position. And good luck finding someone willing to sell cam caps...that junks the head they were installed onFull time ninja editor.

I know for a fact those are pieces from the ladder bars.
taking off the heads is super easy. just take the impact wrench and take of the primary gears on the exhaust, you do not need to align the crank a certain way because you KNOW its fine right now. Otherwise the valves would already be bent
AND take a picture of the top of your headsFull time ninja editor.
