should i switch my leds back over to norms?

im only questioning this because my amber lights always stay on at night. they're not bright like they would be with my car on but they still never turn off.

im hoping that since leds take hardly any charge to come on, that maybe the little amount of charge going through the wires while my car is off and parked are still lighting them up a little...but ive already burned out two bulbs in only a few months.

anyone else ever had this problem?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but it sounds like to have an electrical issue. Personally I've never heard of this happening.

Yes.

The lights are staying on because they are wired incorrectly. Even when new, they can be wired wrong out of the box.

The lights are getting constant power somehow, they are not wired after the switch if they stay on. Re-wire the circuit and you should be good.

yea ill check it out soon. i was thinking it could be a wiring problem but i didnt want it to be so i was trying to think of other things it could be. i mean it has a funky wiring thing going on under the hood near the left front headlight. it was there when i bought it and at the time i didnt want to mess with it because nothing seemed wrong and i didnt know why it was there. could have something to do with it maybe?

but its looking like ill just have to get in there and check it out.

Just get a bucket of water, stand in it, then start digging through all that wiring. The bucket will keep you from getting shocked. Little tip I learned and figured I'd pass it on.
