When driving home. All lights and my radio and everything cut out while driving. 89 Gt. It did not change the way it handled. Any idea where to start? Thanks

Headlight switch, wiring, or multifunction switch(turn signal/wiper lever).
The wiring is under rated from the factory - over time the heat starts melting the plugs/wiring - it goes faster when the fog lights are used.
Oh, check the fuses too.

Here is what I have done so far. Found the number 1 fuse (stop/hazard speed control high mount lamp) blown and fuse 15 (fog lamps) blown. Replaced both still nothing. Tried new headlight switch from Autozone. Nothing. I guess the fuse link at starter is next. Would it be attached to the top bolt (closest to engine block) or bottom bolt (closest to the ground)????SCREW CANADA!!!

I suspect a bad (separating) ignition switch in the column. Not the key switch (what you put your key into) but the actual ignition switch itself. They are notorious for coming apart in '80s/90s Fords.
