Speaking of Alternators

Wanting to upgrade my Alternator to a 130 amp at least. But not for wiring. Do they make a upgraded Alternator for a FOX that will plug & play?

Or can I have mine rebuilt upgraded to a 130 amp

I think about as big as you can get with the 2G is about 100 Amps. If you have concerns about wiring in a 3G (130-200ish amps) it is easy and quick.

You don't want to over load the fox wiring with a bigger alt. Upgrade to a 3g and upgrade the main wire from alt. Output to the starter relay.

I live close to you and would be happy to help you install a 3g alternator the correct way. I have all the plugs and wire that is required to do the job. The Hi Amp 2Gs are not the way to go. Look at getting a small case 6g.
