So I am feeling better from my back surgery and could not stand my car not working properly. I moved the MAF after the intercooler making it blow thru and moved the BOV after the blower but before the intercooler. Solved everything. No compressor surge and no fluttering. I may have to upgrade the maf but for now I will see how it works. Thanks for helping Jeremy.

That's what I meant when I said "Might have issues once you start forcing some air through it." You'll find out if you max it out.
