I spent $15k there and this is the customer service I get? I have a V that I was gonna have them work on...hell no now. I fucking hate ALL shops. This just solidifies my disdain for people who run/own performance shops.

x1 billion! i'm sure there are some that are good, but i hear story after story like this and it makes me remember why i bust my knuckles. i'd go crazy getting the run-around on my toy, i'm too stubborn, picky, and impatient to deal with that nonsense.

I bet they were in Georgia all weekend at the Lights Out race. I would figure they would have left some type of message on the answering machine though.

Probably...and they neglected to tell me that the place would be closed Friday when I talked to them on Tuesday. I told them I needed to get it Thurs or Fri since I would be out of town for the next month. "Shouldnt be a problem" to get my business...
