I have a 2012 with 3.31's and MT. My best time in the 1/8th is 8.54. My best mph is 88.4mph stock. I can't hook up off the line, probably need the driver mod, but 88.4 is pretty strong for a stocker in the 1/8th. I had it dynoed with a few thousand miles on it. I made 365 and 365. Dyno'ed in 5th so the car cut out just after 6000 rpm. Shortly after the dyno I had the jlt carbon fiber intake and sct mail tune on the car. I saw a 1.5 mph increase in the 1/8th, but no time decrease. Again driver problem. I took the tune and intake off, didn't want to pop the motor and the idle quality sucked with the AC on. It would die and then surge constantly. I'm currently trying to pick an axelback exhaust. I had a 94 5.0 with all the boltons and I miss the way it sounded. These new 5.0's are strong motors, but I really liked my mac shorties, mac o/r h and flowmasters with a b cam.

          I'm still stock.

Well, I do have drag radials on the 20s. Bring it!

I'm not gonna put anything on mine that's not consistent with the longterm goal of putting a KB on it. SO, no gears, no CAI, etc. I don't want to spend anything on a mod that's gonna get changed down the road. I'll probably just do a tune on it as it sits and some exhaust and suspension mods for now....

Good plan. Buying the same parts twice is a waste of money. You're going to love it with the KB on it. It's going to fuckin scoot!

I recently worked on one with a KB on it. 10.5psi really woke that car up. It made it a blast to drive.

630whp with just Exhaust and a KB

                          It was a 6spd

I have the same plan for mine...! I am only putting full exhaust and wheels until I put a KB next year.
