Iv got a toyota 4 runner axle at work and I cant find anyone to press on a new one for me. Toyota dealer techs want $198 to do it. Something tells me that 2 hours billed is way too much.

That is what I thought it was. You should be able to handle it with no problem if you have a press. To make the tools needed just get some steel 1.5" threaded flanges and some 1.5" black or galvanized pipe and you will be good to go. axle, outer seal, hub/brake backing plate, retainer, snap ring, abs ring, and another retainer. I figure the axle was already trashed so there was no way I was going to mess it up an more. Pressing all of that crap back on was a pita though.
