1998 GMC K1500 Sierra cruise control module location?

I keep having intermittent cruise control failure on my truck and I want to check the connections to the module..problem is I don't know where it is exactly. Anyone know specifically where I might find this thing? I have checked the turn signal stalk with a meter and it is NOT the switch...my Trans Am was doing the exact same thing which ended up being the module. Truck is a 1998 K1500 4x4 with the Vortec 5.7.

It is over buy the brake booster...Follow the cable from the TB over to it...Buddy is having same issue with his truck which happens to be the exact same as yours....
