    5.4 blown spark plug (sohc) ?

    Is this a easy fix, does Ford offer a repair kit or will a standard heli-coil repair kit do the job?

      Find someone who already has the kit and knows how to use it. It's a very easy fix 90% of the time, that other 10% though completely sucks.

          Ive done about 20 of them, one i did last week was a piece of cake, about 30 minutes...#1 plug, so far i did 3 of them on the same vehicle in the last couple years. Prob gonna need a coil also unless your lucky, every one ive done broke it.
