Anybody tune Mercedes around here?

I have an 01 CL500 and was looking to do some exhaust/intake work and it would probably need a tune after intake stuff because the computers trip dick when you do anything. I dont know of a tuner for it but can anyone do anything for it?

lol, so i put a conical filter right on top of the maf of my car and it threw a vac code. wtf. how are you supposed to do cold air kits if the friggin comp trips?
