  • Exhaust - Lewisville/Flower Mound

Any suggestions for exhaust work in Lewisville/Flower Mound? Replacing the radiator precat on my Maxima. I was able to get it all loose except one bolt and have to admit defeat at this point as I have no means of drilling or heating it up.

Will not take anything to Miller Muffler so anyone other than them. Don't mind driving a little bit in the DFW area

muffler king is awesome. B&B in carrollton has never failed to do great work for dirt cheap as well, and it may be closer.

Without looking at the car outside, they quoted me over 200 to replace a catalytic converter because they had to remove the alternator and radiator. After mentioning that neither are in the way (not close) and don't need to be touched, I was told that that's what they have to do, that's what they charge and then they say, too steep for ya?

I realize I'm paying for someone else to do something that I can't do/don't have the space/tools to do but I just didn't like the attitude, B&B did it for less than half Miller's price and will get my business.

It's always nice to see when another shop will take care of you. You should always call around to get a second opinion no matter what. I realize we may not always be the cheapest but I can say I try to be the best at what I do.

As far as the radiator being pulled, no. Taking the alternator off makes thing a little easier IF it's a top mount.

Thanks for the props guys. Appriciate it.
