Not to mention the REST of the car to handle that power.
12 is ballpark for a nice longblock ... less if you can get used parts, and u need another 8-10 for a nice TT setup, 6-8 for single, or 4-6 for a blower that wont suck... then 2-3 for fuel system, 2-3 for computer system, 2-3 for a cage, few grand for suspension, few grand for a transmission and clutch, few grand for some damn brakes, well you get the hint... Ill have over 50 in mine when it's running, not including the 12-14 I need for the auto conversion the car needs. I wished I never got into Mustangs, I could have paid cash for a ZR1 or made a huge dent in a Ford GT.
