But you titled your thread " how quick will stock motor bla bla bla" and just didn't like the answers you were being given as if we were purposely telling you what you didn't want to hear for the sake of pissing you off.

That's what everyone does here anyways.
Im just surprised that you all are so hell bent on saying I'm wrong, when I'm not. 12.60s is on the quick side but it's not impossible. A 12.8 is more along the lines of what I would expect with a car set up to launch hard and with extensive weight savings, the guys car I posted ran 8.1 in the 1/8th. I would expect an 8.3-8.4 to be the average ET with a stock h/c/I car.
In 1/8th it's all about the 60 ft. And when you make 300lbft or torque and weigh less then 3000lbs it will leave hard.
Stock engines are not fast, they are fucking slow. No power after 5,000 rpm so there is no big end power, you all know this just letting you know I'm not oblivious to the facts.
It pulls hard through the torque then it's over. That is why I want a high rpm screamer. Yeah my engine thread was failure but I've always wanted a 351 fox and with the right set up 7000+ rpm isn't out of the question.

8.7 8.8 is more like it it. I'm just going off what I've seen at the track and my own times with my power. You need to dyno it. It is so easy to do a pull and if money is an issue I offered to pay.
