    justa trying to see if anyone else here had any advice, or a shop I could visit. Even if someone had a motor I could look at to see how you did yours would be great.

      I offered to look at it in my above post, I wouldn't trust any shops to work on these cars. what pcm are you using?
      89 dove grey lx, turbo blowthrough

        When was the last time the plugs where checked? what is the gap at? to much gap and boost is a bad thing and can cause those symptoms too.

          This^^^^^ I had my Svo's engine rebuilt once and they installed the spark plugs, once I broke the motor in I TRIED getting into boost and it would just sputter. That's when I noticed they were gapped around .65. Went and bought new plugs and gapped to .32-.34 and ran great
