wires to cross for neutral lock out?

I'm not very good with this electrical stuff but it looks like its a R/LB coming in and out of the Clutch Interrupt switch?

The car is now an automatic so i need to find that switch and jumper it too

well i found a connector with nothing but red and blue wires coming in and out so I jumpered it and im still not any closer
