With a motor like that and a car to house it all safely and consistant you will BLEED money into that thing. You are highly under estimating the feel of a 350 hp light weight car. a 600 hp na motor (sbf) will require some high 7k-8krpms and will severly decreese its street ability.
    A motor 8k-10k
A cage 10point and through the floors 2500 (cheapest)
    Rear end 2k (used)
    Trans1500 to 2k (with a cheap converter)
    Suspension 2k (cheap stuff)
    Fuel system 1200
That's 20k plus all the tools, gaskets, shipping on parts and the million other things you get nickel and dimed to death on.
Start small with a good street car to learn on. focus on school and girls like an early 20 something should, let life take its course and you will get there one day (oh and don't have kids ever or non of it will happen unless you make shit loads of money)

mike, a buddy of mine has a 393W all built up, GT40 heads & intake makin easy 650 on motor before he put a vortech on it,, the way he described it to me, it's got all the balls in the world from dead stop to 160mph. he's the one that built it though so I would have to let you talk to him about it. I wouldn't go past 400 ci for what you want. Totally unnecessary. his next plan is taking off the blower and puttin on some AFR's and goin 1000 rwhp motor no worries.
sigpic 92 GT, 5 Lugged, 306, Vortech V1 S Trim, 42# injectors, Aeromotive Boost Reference Fuel Pressure Regulator, MSD Boost Timing Master, TKO 600, Moser 31 Spline Axles, 3.73's.

Oh yea? so what do you need as proof? you wanna talk to him yourself? you wanna come over here and run him? video? Pictures? I ran him last night, 40 roll, I was in 2nd he was in 3rd, took off and it's like I was sitting still, by the time I hit mid 4th he was already a mile up the road.

he needs to go to work in charlotte at some of the cup team's engine shops. 410" all aluminum world of outlaw engines with 2-3/4" individual injectors and 15-1 compression are a shade under 900. He could probably show all those guys a trick or two....

                  I just don't see 650 N/A with 40 heads and intake . I hope I make 450 with my CnC'ed Z304's and thats way more head then any of the 40's .

He could easily land a nice job at a nice mechanic shop but he's not certified or anything,, he just grew up building engines and knowing the works. He's just the boss around here, just a small town mechanic. very well known and trusted more than any shop around here. I'll see about getting a dyno sheet from him but I think he said his tuner is the only one that has a copy of it and that's a few hours away lol

They could be x , y , j or irons but I just don't see that kind of power N/A with any of them not to mention the intake limits .

[QUOTE=91CoupeMike;330288]True, but 350rwhp isn't shit. If I can't beat 2012 cars that are stock why spend money on it?

The other way would build a stock shortblock 351w and do h/c/I. But I see that as wasted money because it will still be slow.QUOTE]

thats cuz it needs a driver mod fuck stick.
