Just get you some semi gloss paint and tape it off the way you want it. Scruff it up with a little 400 and shoot.

I usually paint them on, but have had some cut and put them on myself. Any sign shop with a plotter can do them.Comment

You can go to a place like FastSigns, they did my friend's Civic back in his ricer days
Had a yellow racing stripe from front to back, "HONDA" across the windsheild, and a giant Honda "H" on the back window. Think it was around $200 or so for all that.
Pretty much any type of sign place. I've had good luck at N TX Signs in Keller. I had a display sign made up for my car for car shows and they were about a hundred bucks cheaper than everyone else I got a quote from--MarcusComment
