so ive got this 89 oregon state patrol mustang..i cant decide on what kind of wheels to put on it..what do u guys think? its white with the black moldings..what do u guys think of black wheels on a white car? or some old cobra wheels? it still has the 4 lugs also .....
any help would be helpfull...

I would do a high gloss black cobra R and I got the ninja sheez!
