F150 Programmer

I'm helping a buddy out getting a programmer. 2007 King Ranch F150. I suppose a 5.4, not sure but all stock. Looking for a little bit more power but mainly better fuel mileage. I was told to get the Edge CTS but I don't really know what I'm looking at and need other opinions. One friend of mine has a different Edge programmer and it has a molded piece that mounts to the dash and makes it really clean looking. I'd like to find something like that and not a suction cup window mount.

I have a Diablosport tuner for my 03 f150 and I love it, you can take it to get custom tunes at certain shops for future mods and dl updates on their website. It doesn't mount anywhere though you just plug it in and upload the tune, unplug and your ready to go in bout 5 min...and you can adjust basically whatever you want from tire ratio changes,rev limiters,governor delete,shift points,timing,etc...
