Best deals out there for AR Torque Thrust II wheels?

I have my wheel sizes needed for my 70 Mach 1 restomod project. Where are the best deals to be had? These will be 17x11 and 17x8 with typical Mustang BS so no custom sizes. So far am getting quoted about $1100 for all four wheels with caps and lugs shipped to me in Cedar Hill. Are there any local dealers out there that would be competitive in pricing?

take the # to discount, they can and will beat it if you do some hard barganing. i got mine 300 cheaper than anywhere i found online with no shipping but it took 2 days of back and forth.
