who does head porting in dfw

Are the intake ports bigger than the head intake runners? The reason i ask is because normally you port the intake to the heads not vise versa!

i have a holley systemax II intake and the ports are bigger then the ports on the heads

not sure if he is still around but Loyd Elliot did mine. I think his name is Elliot portworks maybe hes out of red oak.
