98 Cobra. What to check?

Change O2 sensors.

Well...they are factory with 108K on them. I figured vacuum leak. Brand recommendation? Ford, Bosch, etc

Vacuum leak could, but more likely the sensor. OEM lasted this long. Seems like a no brainer.

It's probably a safe bet then that they need to be replaced. If you want to be sure though: clear codes, swap DS o2 sensor to PS and vice versa, drive a while and then recheck codes. If the old code is gone but a new code shows up for bank 1, then you know for fact that the o2 sensor is at fault.

02 Sensors, replace the FRONT ones. (I always replace both sides at the same time. If one is going bad, the other one doesn't have a long time before it goes also).
