Can anyone in the Denton Area help w/ AC?

Past couple days my a/c seems to be taking alot longer to get cool in the afternoons on my way home from work. Thinking I might need a recharge but I'm unsure and have never messed with A/C stuff.

It's been a crapload hotter these last few days, it's going to take longer to cool off than normal. Stick a mechanical temp gauge in one of the ducts and see if it's cooling properly. Ideally you'll see 40-50 degrees out of the vents but when it's 100+ outside you'd be good to get 60 out of them.

Make sure the cooling fans are working also, did two of them today.

And make sure and wash out your radiator and condenser best as possible
