How many of you would Rent a Shop with Lift by the Hour?

Me and my father in law had that exact same idea awhile back. We even went as far as to check out some shops and try and find a good location. We hit a brick wall when it came to insurance though. Not a single insurance company we called would even give us a quote do to liability. As a side venture it would be cool though.
