I wouldn't expect a whole lot with those parts.

Use 302 sized parts, get 302 sized power.

I made 290 Flywheel HP with 8.8:1 comp, GT40 heads untouched, 65mm tb, GT40 intake, factory headers, no roller rockers, and a cam with 206/211 dur@.050, and .433 lift. Id say you would be close to 265/330 at the wheels with that setup. Maybe more tq.

Are the heads 70 302 heads or 2v or 4v Windsor heads ? The combo is close to the one I have in my vert but my cam is smaller and my heads are TFS . After a 40 minute drive in rush hour traffic on a 99 degree day mine put down 290/320 thru the aod . That was with only 14* initial timing with a total of 32 and no tweeking . I would think you would be close and it might not be a punch of power but its fun to drive . Beter heads and cam would be nice but you could slap it with a little N2O if you want more . I only have 3:73's in mine but its a great cruiser with a little power and a drop top .

Assuming those are D0 windsor heads, they wouldn't be horrible. Not great but you could do a lot worse. I would bet you would be around 280 to the rear wheels.

they are the 1970 351w heads... and i want better heads but i am on a budget right now.. i can port and polish these, but by then i could get a nice used set of aftermarket heads... they have 1.94/ 1.6 valve for those of you who are a cpl quarts slow lol...

aod has red bands and clutchs. and will hold up to 450 hp at least i know for sure. i had same setup on my 331..
