95gt overheating

my wife was driving my stang and got hot on her. she made it home, but the fans are not kicking on. I supplied power to the red wires on the fan and my test light lights up but the fans does not spin. I think its gone. Are they expensive since i never bought one? What else could i check? thanks

if your getting power to the fan and it's not kicking on, then I would say the fan motor is toast, but I'm not an electrical guru either....just past experience on my wife's 02

well was checking it out today and everything works. Maybe it was low on water , who know but i drained the radiator, put new coolant. I let it run for thirty minutes and the guage was at 1/4 way up. tunrned on the ac and fans come on. So who knows. Will see later when i get on the road.

ccrm is a constant control relay module in the pass fender, however, if power was directly supplied and the fan didnt come on, yes it needs a fan motor as stated

If it was low on water and 100 degree's outside, it would damn sure read hot.

Busted t stat can cause a motor to run hot as well. I had a 94 and the fan wires came loose and caused an intermittent fan. Worked while the car was running but not moving. Didn't work when car would go over bumps and stuff. Found the problem when the arcing and sparking finally deformed the connector. Try checking your wires
